We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify registered users via email or dashboard alert prior to any material changes taking effect.

Subject to compliance with these terms, MagicPopup grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to embed our script on your authorized domains and manage popups via our dashboard.

• You may embed the script on any website you own or manage legally.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the embed script logic.
• You may not resell or white-label the Service without explicit Enterprise authorization.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must immediately notify MagicPopup of any unauthorized account access or security breach.

MagicPopup offers tiered subscription plans billed on a recurring monthly basis.

• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. You will retain access until the end of your paid billing cycle.
• Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for initial paid subscriptions if you are unsatisfied with the platform.

You agree not to use MagicPopup to create popups that contain:

• Phishing scams, deceptive malware links, or malicious redirects.
• Illegal, fraudulent, or hate-speech content.
• Intrusive clickjacking or forced unclosable overlay loops.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Prohibited Activities policy without prior notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the script and service will cease immediately.

In no event shall MagicPopup, its directors, or employees be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime or loss of website traffic.
